About our Groups

Bosom Buddies
Breast Care Goup. Meets monthly. Alternate medical and non-medical speakers, theatre outings, meals etc.

H.U.G.S. Club
Meets Thursday afternoons, Occasional speakers, e.g., benefits, Healthy eating, Age Concern . Reiki healing available throughout the meeting.

Hand-in-Hand Group
Meets monthly in Runcorn. Open to people with any cancer and their carers.

Mondays- (10.00am - 1.00pm):
The Bowen Technique (gentle muscle manipulation) - With Judy Wright or Avis Hill (appointment required)

Tuesdays- (12.00pm - 3.00pm):
Complimentary Therapies with Margaret Rowlands. Choose from Reflexology, Indian Head Massage, Hand/Foot/Neck and Shoulder massage. (appointment required)

Wednesdays (12.30pm to 1.30pm):
Reiki Therapy with Bob Wheat. (appointment required)

Thursdays (1.30pm - 3.00pm):
Reiki Therapy with Jenny Edge (no appointment needed)

Fridays (10.00pm - 3.00pm):
With Students from Halton College. Choose from facial, manicure, pedicure or back massage (appointment required)
